Arsenault Advisory is a fractional CFO and accounting services firm based in San Francisco. We help companies on the private-to-public journey in the life science and technology industries. We thrive in hypergrowth environments and partner with companies navigating critical financial inflection points, including capital raises, IPO’s, financial statement audits, and complex transactions.
As finance and accounting functions continue to transform with technology, adaptability and speed are part of our ethos, and we believe that the finance function is uniquely positioned not only to provide insights into how AI can optimize finance operations but also to partner with the rest of the organization to identify pain points and collaborate with management to develop scalable solutions.

Kaitlyn Arsenault
CEO & Founder of Arsenault Advisory
Kait has spent her career working with and leading finance teams for pre-IPO and public biotech, SaaS, AI, and technology companies. Most recently, she served as CFO of Skye Bioscience, a Nasdaq-listed biotech, where she led the company’s exchange uplisting, executed over $100 million in capital raises, led multiple acquisitions, and built the company’s finance function from the ground up. Prior to that, she spent seven years providing financial reporting and technical accounting consulting services to pre-IPO and small- to mid-cap public companies in the life sciences and technology industries. During this time, she worked with 70+ companies in a broad range of areas, including accounting standards implementation, strategic fundraising and M&A transactions, audit and IPO preparation, and financial reporting. Kait began her career in the SEC assurance practice at CBIZ (f/k/a Friedman LLP), based in NJ/NYC, and holds a B.S. in Accounting.
